Pricing FAQ
What counts as a "reward"?
Any prize handed out when a shopper finishes a puzzle — a discount code or a free "try again." Your monthly limit resets on your billing date.
What happens if I hit my monthly limit?
Shoppers can still finish the puzzle, but PieceUp can't mint a code past your plan's limit — your analytics will flag exactly how many finishers that affected, so you know if it's time to upgrade.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Downgrading is prorated — you're credited for the unused days on your current plan, right from your Shopify billing.
Why is A/B testing Premium-only?
A test needs real traffic — usually at least a hundred visitors per variant — before it can confidently name a winner. Stores with that much traffic tend to be past Pro's monthly reward allowance anyway, so the gate lands where the feature is actually usable.
